Extreme Dress Challenge Day #13

So we have VIP's in the house today, we don't normally dress like this. In fact I think Anton wore a flannel and bandanna yesterday. Here we are shaking on a deal, which is what we all hope they (the bigwigs) are doing in the conference room. This dress is nice and professional, yet comfortable and bike-able. Extreme Dress Challenge Day #12

We got new shelving in the office and here I am trying it out, it is not very comfortable. My photographer Kate thought this might be a good shot for a construction chick calendar. If you know someone looking for the above mentioned pictures please let me know. This dress is very sleek and comfortable. The only downfall was the long zipper which I could not zip myself. Luckily I rode the elevator down with some nice girl and she zipped it up for me. Thank you blonde girl with tight white pants, you made my day. Quote of the day "Let's talk about me"

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #11

How about today you just call me Holly Hobbie? Oh I wish I had my bonnet. This dress is really long but so far I have only tripped on it one time, sometimes I amaze myself. I like this dress, it is very comfortable, so much so that I may not want to give it back to the original owner. Quote of the day "School prepares you for the real world which also sucks."

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #10

Well I have made it through week 2, only 3 more to go. This dress is fugly, seriously I ran from my apartment to my car and from my parking spot to the office. I am not sure I will leave the office again today, even to go to the bathroom. We went in the courtyard to take photos and 5 people walked by, they all stared. I guess the only plus side of this dress is that I can wear running shoes with it. Quote of the day "Cute but psycho, they even out"

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #9

I decided to bust a move in this dress and see how it would be to wear clubbing. I think it is a little too loose and flowing for night life but would be perfect for a school board meeting or piano recital. This dress is super comfortable but I had alot of trouble getting on and off my bike. And sitting on my bike seat in this flowery print smock, almost impossible. I am tired of rating dresses so I will just say it is okay but I hope to never wear it again. Quote of the day "Hey you're a dope, right?"

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #8

Another dress from Melita's collection, I think timeless is the only word that can be used to describe it. I am pretending that today is my Quinceanera, or Mexican passage into womanhood, as I never celebrated it when I turned 15. We even ordered Mexican food in for lunch and I wore makeup and nylons. What a special day. I will give this dress a 6, very comfortable and made of a lovely flower print fabric but I was so embarrassed for people to see me coming to work that I wore my long rain jacket over it. Quote of the day "You're ugly and that's sad"

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #7

I cannot remember the last time I wore a jumper. Kate said the outfit made me look like a teacher, I think it makes me look a little handicapped. I will give this dress a 5 for comfort and a zero for style for a overall score of 5. Quote of the day "I just don't listen"

I have had my eye on this car for weeks

I have driven past this car 10 times this summer and have always wanted to stop and take a look. Finally last night Ben and I stopped, it is a 1965 Ford Galaxie, almost exactly like the picture but brown with an offwhite hard top. Sweet car, the seats were kind of falling all over and there were other problems like it doesn't have a motor but I still like it.

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #6

Props to Melita for this beautiful number. I think I may be a little big for this dress as the drop waist has kind of landed right at my waist. I will give this dress a 6. it has got style, yes those are shoulder pads, but it is not a great fit. Quote of the day "Since you're gross, shouldn't you be smart?"

AH Cripes! AGAIN

Yesterday I got a court summons for Sept. 19 in Willmar, yuck I am being sued for my involvement in a car accident in Sept. 2002. I freaked out, the guy is sueing me for $7500, which I don't have, I don't have a lawyer nor do I know how to find one and I am terrified of going to court. This man is evil, he started yelling at me when the accident happened and was just a class act jerk.

Well I talked to my insurance agent who is also a close family friend and we should be all squared away. My insurance company will handle it, I DON'T have to go to court, and this happens alot. Whew I was beginning to think I was the only evil person in the world who had rearended someone in rush hour traffic.

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #5

Oh my am I exhausted, it must be Friday. TGIF! I particularily like this dress, I got it at Marshalls for like $20. I think I have worn it at least 3 or 4 times so I have gotten my money out of it. I will rate this dress a 9, it would be perfect if it didn't creep up in the chest area. Quote of the day "I know how you feel, I just don't care"

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #4

Blood Day, I gave away a pint of my special O negative. This dress is a little constricting, even if it had not been raining I don't know that I would have been able to get on my bike, I had alot of trouble getting on the recliner in the bloodmobile. Comfort is key so I am going to give this one a 6. Quote of the day "I hear the other ucky people calling you"

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #3

What a lovely day for an indoor bike ride. This dress is a t-shirt, literally a t-shirt. Could not be more comfortable but needed an accessory or something. I went for a small silver necklace and a slip. The slip made a HUGE difference, I no longer feel like I am just wearing a longer t-shirt. I give this dress an 8, I like it but I really had to get used to it. Quote of the day "Whatever you moron"

Extreme Dress Challenge Day #2

Again no problems on the bike, I just tied it up in a little knot on one side. This one is really comfortable, feels like I am in my pajamas and I should be sleeping, that could be a problem this afternoon. I will give it a 10. Quote of the day "Have a great day you worthless turd"

Day #1 Extreme Dress Challenge

Was able to ride bike with this one but was not able to zip or clasp dress alone. I give this dress an 8 based mostly on looks, yeah it looks pretty good. Quote of the day, "You smell like doody"

I just ordered a Happenings Book, I always thought you had to be like 40 to even consider buying one of those dumb coupon books. I think the kicker was the $5 movie passes, I saw that and was like hell yeah, I need one of those. Buying online at work should be a misdemeanor.

My little sister has been found!

So I have a little sister, I haven't seen her since May 22 but I do have a little sister. Apparently her family has been on vacation for 2 months but they kind of forgot to tell anyone. So my match sponser left a message telling them that our match was terminated unless they contacted someone and then they called back. So now I should get to see her again. I feel bad for the kid, I am sure she has no idea what is going on and this is her life. Man she hardly has a fighting chance and she is only 9. Birth control in the water people, that is the ticket, if you WANT to get pregnant then you have to go to the doctor for some antidote. That is a really good idea.

I am so embarassed for him.
